RS Extra Brut Blanc des Noir Baga Sparkling White Wine is bright and pale yellow in colour. Very fine and persistent bubble with good 'string' formation. Fine, frank and elegant fruity aroma with light notes of white pulp fruit. In the mouth it is firm with structure, good mousse, already with complexity between stage and acid component that persists in harmonious balance.
