Encostas do Peso is a Douro rosé with a very own character, cherry colour. Very alive and elegant in the nose, with red fruit and spices. In the mouth it is fresh and delicate, with volume and good structure, showing well the complexity of older vineyards. Without doubt, a rosé with many attributes, very gastronomic, with a good balance between acidity and mineral notes. Long and persistent finish. Excellent aperitif, ideal to accompany pâtés, baked fish and white meats.
