- Light yellow in colour, intense nose, with hints of ripe pineapple, fresh citrus and a touch of spicy oak. The mouthfeel is rich and full with concentrated aromas. The acid is well balanced and long in the mouth

- The fruit is hand harvested, into 20kg picking bins. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented at 12ºC partly in stainless steal tanks (80%) and the remainder in oak barrels.
