At first it is closed. Once decanted and oxygenated the authenticity of the grape varieties it is revealed, with a present and lively fruit, clear and authentic. The sensations transmitted throughout the tasting are in constant evolution

The grapes, after destemming and slight crushing, fermented naturally. Part of the lot aged 6 months in used French oak barrels. The wine was not filtered. It was bottled in June 2017. Throughout the process SULPHITES WERE NOT ADDED
