The Lés-a-Lés project came from winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos' desire to recover old grape varieties and styles of wines that almost no longer exist in Portugal. Each wine is, therefore, an invitation to discover forgotten heritage. Just like the expression "Lés-a-Lés" in Portuguese means "to go from one end to the other".
