Fitapreta Branco de Indigenas 2020 White Wine

Straw yellow color, intense nose, notes of lime, iodine in the mouth, textured and rough, like something only nature can do.

This Indigenous White is the result of spontaneous fermentation from indigenous yeasts, i.e. from the place, the air, the surrounding environment, in barrels of 225 L without temperature control. The result is a textured wine, with some clean fruit, mixed with a good rough component, which gives it the soul of things that cannot be controlled. Try it.
