Elaborated by the secular method, in granite mills with foot steps, it is fruity in the nose, with firm mouth, with well structured and soft tannins. Because it has not undergone any operation before bottling and is a natural product, it is subject to a deposit.

The Red Green Wines have intense red color and sometimes pink or red foam, vinous aroma, with emphasis on wild berries. In the mouth they are fresh and intense, very gastronomic.
