This dark ruby coloured wine shows a lot of black pepper notes. Full bodied in the mouth, it reveals elegant and smooth tannins. The aftertaste is marked by its good structure and persistence
Vinification
Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation in 10.000 litres stainless steel vats, with pumping over system and temperature control at 28-30 Celsius. Skin contact maceration and cap (submerged) for 28 days

4 to 6 months in 250 litres oak barrels
