The Poças Fora da Série Élevé is a NATURAL BRUT SPARKLING wine, originating from one of the highest zones of Quinta Vale de Cavalos. Entirely produced from the Rabigato grape variety, it stands as a testament to the richness and versatility of the Demarcated Douro Region. This wine is suggested to be consumed with suckling pig or seafood. It boasts a brilliant straw yellow color, citrus aromas with toasted notes and a palate characterized by vibrant acidity that is highly engaging, accompanied by a creamy mousse.
