Bright citrus color. Citrus aromas and particularly the fruit of white pulp such as pear, plum and quince. Floral nuances, soft notes of honey. Fresh, dry, salty and mineral palate with medium structure. Long and prolonged finish.

Vinification

Short maceration in Arinto and Chardonnay, followed by soft pressing and static defecation by cold. All the wines were in contact with the fine lees and were subjected to periodic battônages.

Ageing

Pinot Grigio fermented and aged for 13 months in used French oak barrels. Arinto and Chardonnay, allotted and in stainless steel in equal parts, were in the same period.
