In the municipality of Bragança, in the village of Parada de Infanções, we find the only wine produced in the area. The vines are centenary, many pre-phylloxera and resistant to phylloxera, free standing, over 130 years old, where around 20 different varieties abound. Due to the age of the vines and the traditional vine and grafting processes, it is possible to find different varieties in a single vine, making the winemaking process even more interesting and the final result a distinct product with a peculiar and very curious complexity.

The lands are schist, 800 meters high and a climate with great thermal amplitudes during the maturation phase of the grape, providing high phenolic compounds.
