The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. In 2014 the name of the company became Pedra Cancela Vinhos do Dão Lda

Quinta da Alameda Torreão Rosé Wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir. This salmon-toned rosé, with its aroma of wild berries and great freshness, reveals a striking acidity, tenacity on the palate and high gastronomic potential.

Quinta da Alameda Torreão Rosé Wine shows bright colour, peachy pink. On the nose, it's an aromatic explosion. At first, the violet stands out, then it opens up in the glass to fruit, essentially red berries and some lime. In the mouth it deconstructs all the olfactory lightness, the strawberry intensifies and the acidity combined with the lightness of the alcohol, envelops the mouth with the texture of a foam. It remains long and addictive

Quinta das Marias, located between Serra do Caramulo and Serra da Estrela. is a family business dedicated to the production of wines from the Dão region, founded about 25 years ago by its owners Elisabeth and Peter Eckler.

On the tasting notes, Casa da Passarella Villa Oliveira Vinha do Províncio typically presents a citrus color. The aroma is complex and elegant, featuring notes of white fruits and distinct mineral characteristics. On the palate, it is described as full-bodied, fresh, and elegant, showcasing a harmonious balance and a long, persistent finish. Its structure and freshness make it an excellent choice for food pairing, harmonizing well with structured fish dishes, seafood, and various cheeses.

MOB Bical has a beautiful citrus colour with greenish reflections, revealing freshness and youth. On the nose, there are notes of ripe white fruit, such as pear and apple, combined with a subtle minerality and delicate ‘nuances’ of dried fruit, giving it complexity and elegance.

On the palate, it is unctuous and enveloping, with good volume and a creamy texture. The well-balanced acidity provides freshness and prolongs the finish, marked by persistence and a captivating gastronomic profile. An expressive and harmonious wine, ideal with fish, seafood or white meat dishes.

Quinta da Alameda Torreão White Wine is produced exclusively from white grapes grown at Quinta da Alameda, Encruzado from the Torreão plot and 35% Arinto, vines that reflect the identity and minerality of Dão whites.

Quinta da Alameda Torreão White Wine presents yellow, bright and clear. On the nose, the intense citrus flavour gives way to the resin of the Encruzado. On the palate, the acidity is queen, enveloped by the thickness and elegant texture given by the wood. An excellent wine for Portuguese gastronomy.
