<p>Caves São João Lote Especial White Wine  is produced from the Arinto and Chardonnay grape varieties and is intense and complex with white pulp fruit, citrus peel and blossom, dried vegetables and mineral nuances. It stands out for its freshness of flavour, balance and volume and for its excellent mouthfeel.</p>

<p></p> <p>Kompassus Cercial White Wine presents citrus-coloured wine with greenish tones. Mineral notes, citrus fruit and some vegetal flavours. A very fresh wine, but with volume in the mouth and a long finish. Very gastronomic.</p> <p>Cercial harvested in the first week of September. Pre-fermentation skin maceration for 4 hours, followed by gentle pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400 litre French oak barrels for 10 months with batonnage.</p>

<p>Visually, it displays a very pale salmon (partridge-eye) hue. The nose is elegant and complex, with aromas of fresh red berries, dried flower petals, and a subtle mineral note. On the palate, it is bone-dry, exceptionally fresh, and persistent, offering great finesse and structure. Serve chilled between 10–12 °C, and pair with canapés, seafood, or lean meats</p>
