Tasting Notes
A wine of aromas of lime, grapefruit and cut grass, with mineral notes. Acidity alive and refreshing.
Vinification
Grapes harvested during the fresh dawn period were stalked and pressed, followed by decantation at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days, followed by a stage in fine lees with regular agitation.

No ageing in barrel.
