Winemaking follows the Mixtus concept and the final wine results from fermentation in stainless steel and wood, the latter being light and used to give the blend structure.</p> <p>In 2024 Manuel and Luís Cerdeira selected the Arinto and Maria Gomes grape varieties for the final wine blend with Alvarinho.</p>
