Aveleda Solos de Granito is a 100% Alvarinho wine sourced from granite soils in the Minho region. After manual harvest and careful grape selection, the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel for nine months with bâtonnage, followed by bottle ageing to enhance its structure and complexity.
