Ode Viognier 2023 White Wine

Ode Viogner White Wine aged for 5 months on fine lees, thus gaining more body, preserving a vibrant freshness and giving it greater aromatic complexity. It has an intense nose, where nuances of white peach, nectarine and apricot predominate, with hints of ginger and spices.

This is an excellent wine for a wide range of cuisines, but particularly sushi and sashimi and spicy Indian and Thai curries.
