Justino's 20 Years Old Malvasia Madeira Wine (500ml)

Justino's 20 Years Old Malvasia is a special category Madeira Wine (Batch with Age Indication), characterized by being a sweet and highly complex fortified wine.

The lengthy oxidative ageing process bestows this wine with an immense depth of aroma and flavor. It presents a deep amber color, with coppery and greenish reflections on the rim of the glass (typical of very old wines). Its aroma is highly complex and intense. Prominent notes of dried fruits (like nuts, hazelnuts, and almonds), honey cake, dark caramel, spices (like cinnamon and clove), coffee, and hints of exotic wood and smoke stand out. In the mouth, it is unctuous, full-bodied, and decidedly sweet. However, the natural, sharp acidity of the Madeira region perfectly balances this sweetness, ensuring that the wine is not heavy. The finish is exceptionally long, persistent, and dry in the final sensation due to the acidity.
