The palate is rich, full-bodied and sweet, yet beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity. With about 110 g/L residual sugar and 19% ABV, it is perfectly suited to pairing with desserts—especially fruit, chocolate cakes, rich puddings—and cheeses. Bottled ready to enjoy, it remains stable and rewarding for several months after opening.</p>
