Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish glints. Notes of orange, citric, Anise, vanilla notes from the stage, lots of fruit, fresh and with oceanic touches. Textured, quite fresh, some notes of honey, young, very deep and persistent citrus, salty sensations.

Vinification
Manual harvesting. Small skin maceration, fermentation in barrels of 2nd use of French oak with battonage.
