InFinitude Rosé is a wine made from the Merlot variety, grown in the northern foothills of the Serra de Sintra, obtained by direct pressing and made only with free run juice. After fermentation it was aged for 6 months on fine lees. The resulting wine is dry and deep. The acidity and salinity, so characteristic of the region, prolong the sensations in the mouth. The wine ends fresh and full of complexity
InFinitude Rosé reveals dry in the mouth, fresh, lively, with citrus notes (grapefruit), and light toast. Ends with salt and a spicy touch, slightly vegetable, transmitting longevity in the mouth.
