Tasting Notes
Crystalline citrine colour with straw tones. Presents an exuberant nose of tropical fruits well combined with attractive floral notes. Smooth in the taste, dry, with a great structure and a stupendous balance
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature between 16-18ºC
