Quinta do Encontro Reserva Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine from the Bairrada region of Portugal, made 100% from the Baga grape, a variety well-known in the area for its high acidity and structure. It shows a clear, citrine colour with fine, persistent bubbles that create a lively and elegant mousse. On the nose, expect enticing aromas of cassis with rich notes of biscuit, hazelnut, and dried fruit, leading to a fresh and fruity palate that is delicate yet crunchy and harmoniously balanced

Located in the heart of Bairrada, in São Lourenço do Bairro, where tradition in wine production goes back to 1930.
