Quinta dos Termos is situated in the center of Portugal, on the slopes of the South slope of Serra da Estrela (highest mountain of Portugal - 2,000 m), thus protected from the cold north winds and sunny by its exposure to the South, reaching temperatures in the summer sometimes higher than 50ºC, which leads to a higher degree of maturation, giving rise to complex, aromatic wines of good consistency

Rigorous maturation control in order to determine the right height of the harvest. Crush and total stalking with protection against early oxidation. Clarification in 18 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature at 20 - 22°C
