Quinta da Gaivosa Vintage 2016 Port Wine reveals great aromatic finesse, with beautiful ripe fruit that is restrained and fresh, with a slight floral flavour. Excellent tannin polish, well-balanced sweetness and acidity, wild fruit runs throughout the tasting, here and there punctuated by spicy notes. It stands out for its great elegance and creaminess, without detracting from the fact that it will age gracefully with cellar time.
