Quinta da Gaivosa Amphiteatrum Vintage 2020 Port Wine is made from the old Lordelo vineyard. Black in colour, deep in aroma, very concentrated, crushed berries, blackberry jam, cocoa. Powerful tannins well tamed by the giant body, bold but without being crude. Excellent acid balance to give freshness and bitter vegetal flavours to offset everything. A singular, remarkable wine.
