With the goal to produce the best Douro wines, the estate has 7.5 hectares of old vineyards and 8.5 hectares planted in 2010

- The grapes were softly crushed after de-stemming, and some contact with the skins followedin order to extract desirable aroma compounds. Fermentation got under way at a controlledtemperature of 16-17 ºC.
