Acquired in 2003, after 12 years of total abandonment, it was the subject of an agricultural engineering plan (drainage and correction of soils) and subsequent planning and execution of planting of the vineyards.

The caste / soil / climate suitability was also carefully weighted, in view of high quality single wines.
