Henrique is developing his own somewhat "sui generis" project at Cizeron Wines.

 In the Vinhos Verdes region, where he grew up, he invested in an approach that he believes has potential, basing vinification on techniques still little used in these grape varieties, planted in the Ave valley.  The aim is to create premium white wines with an international profile.
