Costa Boal is a family-owned wine production company in the Douro and Trás-os-Montes regions, led by António Boal, heir to a family of small producers established in the Douro for over 150 years.

Created in 2009, Costa Boal launched its first wines in 2011, in Trás-os-Montes, Mirandela, where António Boal studied and married, investing in vineyards and a wine cellar and warehouse. At the same time, we strengthened ties with the Douro and our Natal village, revitalizing and buying vineyards and restoring the family's old winery, located in Cabêda, Alijó.
