Citrus colour. Intense aroma with notes of ripe fruit (pear, peach) well assorted with slight vanilla notes from the cask. It has a good structure on the palate. It is well-balanced, fresh, mineral with a long finish

Vinification

Manual harvest, with a careful selection of clusters both in the vineyard and at the winery. Fermentation took place in new French oak barrels,followed by 6 months ageing on fine lees in order to achieve the desired structure and complexity.
