Valle do Nídeo Superior red wine is produced from a single parcela from a terroir of excellence in the Upper Douro.

Intense ruby color. Fig jam aroma mixed with very elegant smoked aromas without overlapping the fruit. In the tasting it presents freshness, with a firm and persistent body, without imbalances and very well balanced with the already evolved tannins, making its finish pleasant and velvety.

The group H. ABRANTES FAMILY ESTATES, includes Quinta Daniel, Quinta de Azinhate, Quinta da Moura, Quinta de Fontellas, Quinta da Vergeira and Quinta da Veiga, all of which are located in the Douro Demarcated Region, divided into the sub-regions of Cima Corgo and Douro Superior

They are so many and so different that in 1935 a system of classes from Letra A to Letra F, with the right to benefit, and without the right below Letra F began and continues to this day. In Letter A are the plots with the greatest maturity and which brought so much fame to the Douro; in Letters F and following, the opposite. With less power and concentration, they were pushed towards abandonment. But there are still forgotten treasures, vineyards planted in other times that confirm the existence of several Douros. This is one of them.</p>
