Aroma of jam, ripe plum, spices and light woodland nuances. In the mouth it combines well the acidity and body with soft tannins that provide an elegant and powerful finish.

Located in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region, Quinta da Deserta has its vineyards rooted between the banks of the river Tavora and the river Douro, in schistose soils. The combination of very hot, dry summers and cold, wet winters results in low yields but with high quality grapes.
