Very deep and intense colour. Aromas of spices and red fruits, very complex. Tannins that are true to the grape variety: firm and dense. A finish that is both robust and fat
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and destemmed. It ferments in used wood, with controlled racking for 8 days. It is kept in 225 L used barriques for 20 months
