Tasting Notes
Wine with good color granada. It has a full and intense aroma, with jam notes wrapped in the light smoked and vanilla of the wood. Very balanced in the mouth, with fresh fruit, suggestion of vanilla, round tannins, all with great harmony.

16 - 18ºC
Vinification
The grapes, carefully selected, are de-stemmed and vinified with fermentation temperature control at 28-30 ° C, with prolonged tanning.
Ageing
The lot staged 12 months in new oak barrels (50% French / 50% American).
