<p>After careful harvesting at optimal ripeness, the grapes undergo total destemming, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 ºC. Cartuxa White Wine is then aged on fine lees with bâtonnage for nine months, adding richness and complexity. Bright citrus and tropical fruit aromas combine with subtle floral notes and a touch of minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. With 13% alcohol, this white is best served at 10–12 ºC and pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.</p>

<p></p><p>Vinha do Carril Red Wine is the Niepoort family's latest iconic wine, from a centenary vineyard that surrounds the Nápoles estate in the upper Corgo. The natural heterogeneity of an old vineyard, the grape varieties that make it up and the stories that have lived through its 100 years of existence, mark its complexity and enhance the Douro as a region capable of producing world-class wines.</p> <p>Vinha do Carril shows displays a pale, bright red hue, with purple glints. On the nose, notes of cherry, rhubarb, fresh herbs, spices, and floral nuances mingle with a subtle smoky character and hints of graphite which lend the wine the typical complexity of a red wine grown in the Douro’s schist soils. <p>D. Graça Grande Reserva Vinhas Antigas Curtimenta White Wine is produced from grapes of old vines grown at high altitude, which gives it a distinct character and personality. Its winemaking is particular, being fermented with the skins (curtimenta) in granite tanks with mechanical treading, a process that results in a deep yellow color and a striking and unique texture. The wine aged for about six months in oak barrels, gaining notes of spices and resins, and was scored 17.5 points by Grandes Escolhas magazine.</p>
