Almost black colour, very dark with balsamic flavours and notes of black fruits, well balanced with notes of tabaco and vanilla. On palate is dense with good tannins and acidity

Vinification
All the varieties were vinificated on separated at an average temperature of 28ªC. The alcoholic fermentation last for 10 days, which was followed by 5 days of maceration
