Beija-Flor O Encanto is a wine that expresses the vineyard, the place and the region from which it comes - vineyards at around 600 metres above sea level, on mica schist soils, and over 80 years old.

Beija-Flor reveals intense, deep minerality. Complex in aroma, with excellent notes of toast from the barrel and fine herbs perfectly integrated into the citrus and slightly floral profile. With a lot of presence in the mouth, it is very fine and delicate with notes of white fruit and some spices

The grapes are meticulously hand-picked and placed in 20kg boxes, ensuring they arrive at the winery in pristine condition. At the winery, the winemaking process takes place in French oak barrels in a manner designed to respect the natural expression of the grape varieties and the terroir. After aging for 10 months in the French oak barrels, the wine is bottled and matures for a further year before it is ready for enjoyment.</p>
