On the nose, Casa da Passarella A Descoberta White Wine reveals aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and herbal notes like sage and rosemary. On the palate, it is clean and vibrant, with marked acidity and a long, elegant finish. With 13% alcohol, this wine is balanced and versatile — perfect for pairing with grilled fish, seafood risottos, fresh salads, or soft cheeses. It is an excellent introduction to the refined and mineral-driven style of white wines from Dão
