Located next to the “carro” – the highest point in the region – the vines extend over the south-facing slopes where they enjoy exceptional exposure to the sun as well as a perfect drainage.

The winery has revived a series of traditional vinification techniques which today are considered state-of-the-art amongst the best wines, in particular the fermentation in French oak vats.

This philosophy of consummate preservation, which crosses the whole production process, is aimed at obtaining top quality raw material. There is little intervention by man, allowing the wine to express its vigour and potential on its own.
