Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Bastardo displays a light to medium red color with red hues. On the nose, it offers inviting red fruit aromas like cherry and raspberry, complemented by vegetal notes and sometimes a hint of spice. The palate is elegant, delicate, and remarkably complex, featuring well-integrated yet soft tannins and a long, persistent finish. Its refined character makes it a versatile pairing, excellent with richer fish dishes, white meats (poultry, pork), lighter red meats, and tomato-based dishes.
