Botão Vinha das Lamas Bical 2022 White Wine

Botão Vinha das Lamas Bical White Wine is a limited-edition wine crafted by Lopes & Gonzales – Vines & Wines in the Bairrada region. Made from the Bical grape variety, sourced from old vines, this white wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged for around 10 months in used French and chestnut oak barrels, preserving freshness while enhancing aromatic complexity. It displays elegant notes of citrus and stone fruit, delicate floral hints, a touch of spice, and a marked minerality typical of the region’s clay-limestone soils. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, balanced, and persistent.

ersatile and gastronomic, Botão Vinha das Lamas Bical White Wine pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads, Japanese cuisine, and soft cheeses. Its vibrant acidity and minerality also make it an excellent match for richer dishes, creating a refined contrast. A wine that authentically reflects Bairrada’s character and offers a unique experience for those seeking whites with personality, freshness, and ageing potential.
