Enjoy
Baked fatty fish such as salmon. Dishes of red meat and game. Pasta with mushrooms or other vegetarian dishes with legumes.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to the cellar. Afterwards they were gently crushed to a stainless steel mill where the wine fermented with intense maceration and controlled temperature.

12 months in French oak barrels.
