Color bright yellow straw. Notes of spices, "pain grillé" with some citrus aroma. In the mouth it is full bodied, with present texture, rich, with much persistence and freshness

Vinification
Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by tight selection on selection table. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. The alcoholic fermentation occurred at 12ºC in barrels with battônage
