The grapes are harvested by hand in September in boxes of 20 kg. In the cellar before being crushed spend 12 hours in a cold chamber at 10 ° C followed by a fermentation with native yeast. During the internship are not made racking trying to respect the most character of the grapes. Made from a portion in Meda (Douro Superior). Part of the fermentation is done in French oak barrels used at 25 º C which is aged for 9 months
