Planted on 53 hectares of gentle slopes the vineyard enjoys exposure to the south - which adds 10 in 2014, is protected from the northern winds by the Sierra de Montejunto and benefits from the Atlantic influence. The climate is temperate maritime, with Mediterranean characteristics, with the ocean 20 km away and an average annual rainfall of 700 mm. The soils are clay-limestone, originating from the Jurassic period, with clayey and frank texture (pH between 7 and 7.5)
