LIV is a Vinho Verde made with regional grape varieties hand-picked from estates Casa do Arrabalde and Quinta dos Espinhosos, in Bbaião. Both estates have vines of moderate yields planted at an altitude of 400 and 470 meters, in granitic soil

The harvest was made with manual selection, destemming and skin contact followed by a very smooth pneumatic pressing. The must, after settling, was fermented in stainless steel vats, at low temperature. Cold stabilization preceded bottling in February 2014. Light filtering without the use of any kind of animal element makes the wine adequate for vegan consumption. Special care was taken in the use of the least amount of preservatives (SO2), with the intent to produce a natural wine that expresses the terroir
