Wine production in Herdade Vale de Barqueiros, conducted since the 2003 harvest by Paulo Laureano and his team of Eborae Vitis and Vinus, based on the construction of small batches of wine, with a quality above average which become evident all features that characterize the "terroir" of  Vale de Barqueiro and thus allow the emergence of highly customized wine, a region, Alter do Chão, which many years ago (in the nineteenth century) has been referenced multiple awards obtained in international competitions.
